Capital Vapes Gezina / Centurion

Hi Trust you are well. I have contacted Capital Vapes Gezina on the 26/10/2022 through there website regarding the new SMOK NORD 5 vape they are adverting to find out when they will receive stock, they responded by saying they should have stock the next day 27/10/2022, I have asked them that I want to make use of the payflex option they offer on the website to pay for the vapes. On the 28/10/2022 I left work early, as i work in Midrand and stay in Pretoria to collect the smok nord 5 x 2 I have ordered, on my arrival at Capital Vapes Gezina I phoned them as I could not find the entrance to the shop, Leanard who I have been dealing with, told me that the online orders goes through their Centurion Branch this was at 16h:50, I had to travel all the way back to centurion to collect the vapes. I Collected the vapes which they/him told me the one was opened for the use of a demo model. I opened the one they used as demo to check if the condition was still good. I left the store. long story short, both my devices are now having battery problems. the one still charge at the moment but the battery life does not last long, the second one (the demo unit) only charge to between 16-20%, my husband phoned Leanard regarding the battery life issue, and he told my husband that I have signed documentation when I collected the vapes, that everything I need to know regarding the vapes was explained to me. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I will never support them and will not recommend any one else to use them. They are *****. also no where on my order confirmation and the confirmation I received that my order is ready for collection it states that I have to collect in centurion. It has been 18 days since I have collected the vapes, and both the vapes are faulty. Does anyone have advise for me. Capital Vapes Gezina / Centurion are pathetic. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.
