WILL NOT RETURN DEPOSIT

When we linked over to Capital in Kraaifontein with their head office in Worcester, the sales lady said that the link over is free and that I needed to put down a deposit for the radio link rental. Now that I left them due to terrible/poor service delivery, they quote a clause from the contract stating differently. Bottom line here, you cannot trust their sales consultants. Read the contract first before signing, cause clearly what was said is different to what is stated in the contract. So I won't be getting my deposit back as promised by this sales lady. <br> <br> People, we've had endless problems with Capital, not phoning us upon a/c failures, taking too long to phone during early morning hours, accepting incorrect password from contractor and failing to notify us or even take action. At least we've linked over to Bassett North now. OMW!!! What a pleasure dealing with Bassett. Always on time, friendly and professional service. We will never ever do business with Capital Security ever again!!!! Terrible/poor service!!!!
