Terrible company communication

So we have been having issues with the security company what i noticed was there reluctance to want to use advances like electronics beams and cameras. Issue became apparent when we started viewing our cameras, security gaurds were negligant and the cause of 99% of theft at our premisis. There is no liability cover and our company has lost over 200k in refrigeration and copper theft. Security totally destroys a crime scene dont call for reaction teams and take absolutly no responsibility. So we changed gave there 30 day notice and few days later they ripe out alarms as expected theft occurs again. So on there last night they leave premisis at 00:00 lock up tell no one and at 01:00 place is raided by 6 people and almost injure staff members on site.
