SECURITY COMPANY NOT TO BE USED!!!

I have been with capital security for approx. 2 years and during that time only had problems with them.<br> <br> First problem was with installation where the builder installed the security system with them but they charged me for it and sent me statements for more than a year before actually collecting the monies from the builder.<br> <br> Secondly I had an extra sensor installed in my one bedroom and after phoning to find out what the price is they billed me another amount.<br> <br> Leaving my house unattended after an alarm and a open garage door - they left my premises unattended <br> <br> Promising to reverse incorrect billings and not ever doing so. (following up since 2013)<br> <br> Claiming one payment missing but not even doing anything to find the payment as their books are with their auditors and only letting me know of this payment missing from 2013 now in 2015...<br> <br> Not sending notifications of increase in monthly payment.<br> <br> Not sending monthly statements!<br> <br> List goes on.... <br> <br> I have had endless problems with this company and will never refer anyone to them!
