During 50% of the time the Alarm GSM communication system was out of order.Including the entire December Holidays. When I contacted their Control room the Lady's response was: O yes. We saw that we where not receiving signals.<br> <br> If it was functioning they take 30 to 60 mins to respond (Via Telephone) to the Alarm sent.<br> <br> When requested to Install a outside beam they drilled holes in incorrect areas (Damaging and Cracking face bricks) and left all as is for us to clean and seal. <br> Technicians are sent to site without stepladders and Torches and therefore had to make use of mine.<br> <br> I withheld payment for them to come and sort it out. After they resent a Technician and sorted the Problem I paid. It lasted a week,<br> We had A incident where my wife pressed the panic for assistance and Capital never responded. All I received was a Additional Invoice for R285. I accidentally paid R250 instead pf R285.(R35 additionally paid in full) This mistake according to Andre justified a further debit order for the amount of R250.<br> <br> <br> I have E mail messages and Photos as proof.<br>
