Armed Response NO Show at Break in, or who was it?

My house was burgled, the alarm activated. Capital Armed Response went out to check my house. The All Clear was given by the Armed Response. Later I found a Big window open, and my Laptop missing. Armed Response officer refuses to return to my house to speak to me. Capital Security also changes their story three times over the phone on what the Armed Response Officer did at my house. <br> Capital Security Services then claim they don`t receive signals from my house. Yet they refuse to cancel my contract with them. Where can i report them, and their ******* practice.
