Terrible Attitude & Service

My advice is to steer clear of this plumbing outlet. I have never encountered such rudeness or unhelpfulness. We bought a fairly expensive tap for a kitchen sink and discovered that the functionality of the tap is not to our liking so I returned the tap only to be told that the tap is now 2nd hand (I couldn't return it sooner because they were closed over Xmas and new year) and the supplier won't accept it. I argued that there is no damage to the tap and it is under guarantee so I would prefer a tap that works better than this one, only to be told that usually customers know what they want!<br> <br> I then phoned the supplier and they said they would of course replace the tap without any questions. So basically this outlet is just being unhelpful and obstructive.
