Underpay

<p>I was working as receptionist at the company in midrand from January under an agency .On the 21/06/2016 I got a call from Capital Outsourcing offering a position at DHL as data capturer with better offer ,I agreed and resigned with immediate effect.On the 22/06/2016 in the morning went to Capital Outsourcing where I signed a contract that was supposed to expire next year January as data capturer with the rate of R44 an hour.I then worked from the 22_28 excluding weekend</p> <p>I guess my problem is on the 28 the contract was terminated a week later I was underpaid when I get to their offices to query my salary i was chased away by the staff after discovering that i was only paid for three days which is 22/23/24 with a rate of R40 instead of R44 per hour that I signed on my contract I have tried to get Capital to pay me my money.My life have been inconvenience in the most positive way because my daughter is not going to school because I don't have money for transport. I just need them to pay me for the 27 & 28 and the rest of the money that was underpaid</p> <p>Hello Peter kindly assist me with this.</p>
