Loan amount not credited to my account but they debited my bank account

Capital loan is de*****ing South Africans, they debited my bank account for the loan that they didn't give to me. They did send me a debit check mandate which must be captured by a client before they approve your loan. And they were suppose to approved and credit my bank account with the loan amount I app**** for but they never did. I have sent they emails, SMS and what up and they never responded / or give feedback.
