Capital loans are *******!!

I app**** for a loan with this company in May and before they could assist me I had to accept R100 once off admin fee. 5 months later and they are still taking a R100 out of my account every month. When I confronted them I was told it was R100 over 3 months which I never signed up for yet they been taking for 5 months.

The person I have been communicating with refuses to give me their name and it has been 10 days later and still no refund in my account.

They are very quick to take the money from your account but when it comes to paying back you have to wait for your money.

Apparently I am not the only customer they need to refund as there are other people as well.

Please do not sign anything with this company they are *******!!!!
