CAPITAL LEGACY – 2½ YEARS OF DELAYS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Capital Legacy and the way my children’s trusts have been handled. I have now been waiting for approximately 2½ YEARS for this matter to be sorted out. This is an unacceptable amount of time for something that directly affects my children and their financial interests. During this period, I have had to repeatedly follow up and ask for answers and progress. Instead of receiving a clear resolution, I have been left waiting, chasing updates and dealing with continued delays. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of urgency. These are children’s trusts, and they should be handled with the level of care, accountability and professionalism that such matters require. A customer should not have to spend years repeatedly contacting a company simply to get an outstanding matter resolved. I have been patient for far too long. After 2½ years, I am no longer looking for vague assurances or another request to "wait a little longer". I want a proper explanation, a clear action plan and a firm date for finalisation. Capital Legacy needs to take accountability for the length of time this has taken and urgently resolve the outstanding issues. 2½ years is not reasonable. My children should not have to wait indefinitely because of administrative delays. I am posting this on HelloPeter because my repeated attempts to get this matter resolved have not resulted in the outcome I expected from a professional financial services company. Capital Legacy, I expect this matter to be escalated and properly resolved without any further unnecessary delays.
