Worst service ever and still waiting for my refund

I cancelled my insurance in December and I was debited again in January. My policy was eventually cancelled in February and to this day I haven't been refunded for my January premium. Even for the cancellation to happen it took hundreds of e-mail i sent with no feedback. Even with my refund I have been sending e-mails with no response still. It is a good thing I cancelled this policy, if they cannot do a simple admin of cancelling and refunding a premium, what will happen if my kids were to claim after my passing.
