Worst service ever

If there was a zero they would get - 1 on this review.

I've been calling, logging calls, chatting with their agents via the chat site available but yet till now no one has called me back regarding the cancellation request.

And by reading these reviews it seems that I'm going to wait for a long time. How can a company operate this long.
