Worse experience ever

Most probably the worse estate company to use, have been struggling for more than a year to resolve estate. We have to constantly query and follow up, complains department doesn't even respond. We do all the work while they sit back and wait to get paid. Rather look for alternative options, this is forsure not a company that have your best interest at heart.
