Very disappointing service from the Financial advisor and Channel assistant.

Hi,

On the 4th August 2025, I contacted EDDIE. Prenelle Naidoo contacted me the same day and we scheduled the consult for the 5th August. After disclosing all my personal information, I was presented with a favorable quote. The communication was great on the 5th August and I accepted the quote and requested her to proceed with the administration.

I requested confirmation from Prenelle on the 1st September 2025, she responded on the 5th September confirming that my policy is in order, I therefore terminated my current life insurance in on that day and requested some form of confirmation. We all know Murphy's law.

Since the 5th September, Prenelle has not made further contact with me and avoids my messages and calls. I then contacted helpdesk and Reabetswe Rebecca Baloyi responded to my email abruptly saying that I am not a capital legacy client, I tried to explain further but my email was ignored. Today the 16th September, I am unable to know whether my life will be insured on the 1st October or not.

Is this the peace of mind Capital legacy aims to give their customers? If this is normal behavior from your consultants, I will not recommend Capital legacy to anyone, infact, I should post more of these posts on various other media as this is just plain down unacceptable.
