Very bad service
I did take out a policy with them, amount of R300 last year The end of October, previously I had n policy by sanlam what I laps because the amount wouldn't cover my estate, so I wanted a policy that cover my estate, till today that amount of R300 was not deducted, I also did bring it to their attention, still no feedback, so if something happens to me, my estate is not covered and that is unacceptable

10 Feb 2026, 06:56It also seem that Sanlam got shares in Capital legacy, so you can say that they are one company, next question why didn't Sanlam give the option for the higher premium when I did my will with them
