I am disgusted with the services received on my mother's will. the house was "sold" 20 August 2022. To date the transfer has not been completed and FICA documents have not even been requested from the buyer. The buyer is trying every which way to pull out on the deal. 3percent.com are notaries and conveyancers that sell property. They got a buyer for my Mom's house on 20 August 2022 and would have finalised everything quickly, but Capital Legacy insisted on using lawyers affiliated to their business. DON'T give them your business!
