Unresponsiveness in validating executorship appointment
I had discussed with Capital Legacy my last will and testament in October 2023 and was content with them being appointed to oversee both my will and testament as well as the wife's, subject to the following. That they correct disclosures made to the consultant which was not correctly captured so that I can proceed with the agreed monthly premiums which was tied to Capital Legacy appointment as executor. My wife and I personally had an appointment at Capital Legacy offices in Century City and had in the presence of 2 Capital Legacy signed off on relevant documentation that appointed Capital Legacy as Executors. To date despite several whatsapp messages since October 2023 they have not responded. On 1 December 2023 I wrote the following in a whatsapp message:"This serves to indicate that Capital Legacy is not entitled to be our Executor until the incorrect information by ???? (a person's name was provided) is corrected."
Until Capital Legacy does not correct the incorrect information and I do not make monthly premiums as agreed to they will not be my Executors. They must forthwith confirm to me in writing the way forward.

Clearly, bad faith and devious marketing of their policy in my case. Until they give me in writing that the last will and testament for me and my wife that I signed and handed personally to their offices in Century City Cape Town making Capital Legacy our Executors is NULL AND VOID, I will continue to keep this complaint active.
My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Good day Mr Chetty, I trust this email finds you well. With regards to retrieving your Last will and testament, Kindly complete and sign the attached retrieval form and return to me along with a copy of your ID or driver’s license. Please let me know if you wish the Will to be delivered, if so, kindly provide me with the address, contact person, and contact details. By retrieving your Will from safe custody, you may destroy it should you wish, this will render the Will null and void.
We seem to eventually be making progress. I have requested Maleesha in a replying email to populate box and wallet numbers where our wills are kept so that we can sign off and get back our wills.
