Unreliable, no responses, false advertising.

They do not respond at all. If they do it's because you followed up more than two times with them. I have followed up twice already and still no response. They are not reliable at all. They make all these nice promises to you, but when you actually need to get a hold of them or query something, no one responds to you.

I do not recommend them to anyone.
