UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND WORST SERVICE EVER

I will never recommend this business to anyone. The Wills are very badly worded and are contradictory. Furthermore, the Estate administration department leaves a lot to be desires. They do not accept the appointment of an Agent by a General Power of Attorney. I have followed the Complaints procedure and despite this I have not even had a response to say that it was decided no to communicate with me. I have asked for a reason, but this is also not forthcoming. I think this is shocking and very unprofessional. I have show up the company where they have not checked the Deceased's bank account and found withdrawals after date of death. They have received a response from the heir involved and CL will not forward this correspondence to the other heir who resides in the UK. I do not think that this is fair.
