Two consultants or Broker drafted a Will what is happening

Keagan Colitz came to my house to assist my mother with a free Will, today the will has been changed anda Shane has drafted Mampho Junia George's will how did we get from free Will to a draft🤷🏽♀️, So October 2023 Keagan came to my house and wrote my mother's will, made her sign it. I know what was wrote in my mother's will but surprisingly enough everything has changed. On the system the will is not signed at all, the will has been drafted by Shane who is a broke, I thought brokers make personal meet ups with the clients but not Shane. Apparently Shane is the one who came to my house and assisted my Mother Mampho Junia George and even went to the extents of drafting a will. Upon an upload he loaded a totally different will.

Now Keagan who is a consultant is the one who came to my house and wrote the Will. How on earth did these people change I don't know I know what is written in my mother's will cause I was there unlike Shane or Frank from estate. By so saying there are two witness to the original will which is myself and Keagan. When Keagan Colitz left my home he said the Will needs to be typed and he is taking it and he will email it to me he said that only witnesses need to sign and adviced that I shouldn't sign as my mother's witness. My goodness the wait was long and never received the email till today, he implies he did send the email with my mother's Will, I have asked Frank for proof that Keagan did send the Will to my email guess what there is no proof. I did call Keagan before Mampho's passing and he never took my calls and I did send him a WhatsApp message and he never responded. My question is how can a will be drafted by two people and turn out to be different? One met my mother the other never met my mother. Frank never want to show me the drafted Will, when my brothers were there he was glad to show the Will and that is when I saw the changes and the way he handled himself was unprofessional he went to the extends of saying Keagan never wrote the Will and he said Shane is the one who wrote the Will. When I called Keagan Frank stormed out of the board room.
