The worst service ever !!!!

This is absolutely the worst company to work with !! I have sent an email on the 29th of December 2023 for them to cancel 1 of my policies I have with them. Till today after numerous calls and emails it’s still not cancelled and they just keep on deducting my money ! On the 25th March I even call the broker that I worked through Christo Klopper to complain about what’s going on. I sent him everything and forwarded everything to him. He then cancelled my estate cover instead of the policy that I asked to be cancelled. I can not believe that companies with this bad level of service are allowed to be in business. I will report this matter to the consumer protection act.
