The legacy of shocking premiums and pathetic service
I received an email for my annual increase. The premium increase is 15% for only a 4% increase in benefits. No explanation, no justification whatsoever. I rep**** to Nicole Marais, who sent the original email asking for an explanation, 4 days later no response. Tried calling her number and get an automated unavailable response. Phoned the call centre and they give me a pathetic explanation and they really don't care, it is just how it is. So I request to cancel and they try to put me through to a cancellation consultant, and all the cancellations consultants were busy! Wow I wonder why? So many people trying to cancel their policies! Come hell or high water, I am cancelling my policy!

Average premium increases over the years are 3 to 4 times inflation and is unsustainable!
This company should be avoided!
