Terrible service
What a horrible experience.
I got referred to join capital legacy however the experience has been unpleasant on a monthly basis certain amount of money is being debited from my account unfairly. I joined capital legacy in May and i spoke to a consultant by the name of Jonathan he promised me the world class service but i got the opposite.
*Firstly the will was drafted with incorrect information. *secondly he promised me that a courier would bring the documents to me to sign them as i was in isolation. *thirdly i haven't received the will and money is being deducted from my bank account, nobody has bothered to contact me or email me.
What a pathetic service, am canceling this whole thing because i cannot be paying for something i did not sign a single paper but yet am losing money.
Thank you very much for bringing this to my attention, this is definitely not how we conduct our business.
I will most definitely take this up with the relevant person and have them revert back to you.
