Take a Bow Capital Legacy
All companies have issues including Capital Legacy. What makes them stand out is having a Service Specialist like Theresa Carlisle in their employ when things don't go according to plan. My e-mail service request was not only rep**** to by mail within minutes, I had a phone call from Theresa not long after saying she would be dealing with my issue. Resolved within hours and still had her following up to make sure all was taken care of. Take a bow Theresa Carlisle- you deserve it!

01 Dec 2020, 15:26It seems my praise for Capital Legacy was premature and unfounded. I had tried very hard to place my business with this company, but to no avail. I received a draft will with my name spelt incorrectly and not one response from any of my follow ups for over a month now. I have taken the hint that if it is this hard to buy a service, imagine trying to get anything else out of them. If you read this do not contemplate using them. Theresa Carlisle - Service Specialist and Darryn Elario - Legacy Consultant, you have cost your company my business!
