Stay away they don’t know how to administrate
If you were looking for a sign to stay away from capital legacy there you have it. My dad literally paid this administration company for nothing. It’s been two full years ever since he passed on and nothing has been done by them. The only thing they are good at is to pass details to the family members that are not supposed to be informed about anything but neglect the client they are dealing with. They do not follow instructions one can be safe to say they literally have no idea about what they are doing once. The only time they are good to you is before death after that you will feel that you actually gave them your money for nonsense. You have to chase after them(even worse their administrators never pick up their phones. ) Your estate will move from one company to another saying they will be the ones assisting you going forward after some months they will say no we will now be the ones helping and not those companies but still no results.
Stay away if you want your estate to be handled successfully because with this company it’s not going to happen

You guys should be ashamed. The only good reviews are for sales but it’s all negative reviews from all your customers dealing with the administration. I’m sure this business is just a cover up to take money from People. I will make sure I write a review everyday until you take me seriously after that report you guys to Ombudsman
