Six Years, Still No Peace

From Loss to Ongoing Trauma My honest opinion, if there were an option to give a negative rating of MINUS 20 on this page, it still wouldn’t come close to expressing my deep DISSATISFACTION with Capital Legacy. It has now been almost six years since my father passed away, and it feels like we are still nowhere near finalizing anything regarding the estate. Over these six years, Capital Legacy has changed the estate administrator five times, with each new administrator essentially starting from scratch, resulting in no meaningful progress whatsoever. One of these administrators even had the audacity to raise her voice at us in frustration on several occasions when we called to seek clarity on matters related to the estate—assuming she even bothered to answer the phone. This is the last thing anyone should have to deal with, especially when navigating the trauma of losing a loved one. The irony is glaring, considering their public promise on social media: "The Capital Legacy promise is to make the loss of a loved one easier."
