Shoddy Service and Relentless Spam

I was roped into getting one of their Legacy Protection Plans with the offer of a free will (Which I never received.). The company that referred me to them closed their doors. My policy lapsed due to cashflow problems. I have asked over and over again via email for them to stop contacting me for several months. I had to opt out of their SMS's without a opt out link, I emailed them repeatedly and eventually blocked their calls.

What an absolutely awful business model. It seems that their whole strategy is selling shoddy, half though out products to customers and then trying to "retain" their business by spamming the living hell out of them.

I am complaining directly to the FSP board next. Their industry should be held to higher standards.
