Sharks ! **** ! Stay away ! Useless ! Unprofessional !

How does this work ? My father passed away almost 2 years ago. He made Capital Legacy the executor of the estate and had a whole ‘package’ with them that he paid monthly. So now I want to know why my mother who is a widow with NO source of income has to PAY for things that capital legacy needs to further the estate ? Is that not what the WHOLE point was of my father who paid a monthly installment to have a package that pays for all of this. Further, the service and attitudes of the people assisting with our will and estate is POOR, DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Where must my mother get four thousand rand to par for a certificate before they can check if they can sell the house or not and she has to pay for this certificate as well, where is all the money that my dad paid for then what is it being used for? We had a HUGE offer on the house and Capital Legacy said no sorry we need more money so that they can do this and that with the extra money instead of selling those things separately. FED UP is a understatement ! DONT ever use Capital Legacy! *******ion!!!!!!
