Retirement plan

Last year around October, some white guys came to our work place and it happens that I filled the forms with my necessary information. Capital Legacy sent me an email, to request that I sign the documents and send them back, which I did not sign them. Two month down which it was December, Capital Legacy started debting money straight from my payslip which I was not aware of until one of my colleagues ask if I did check if Capital Legacy is deducting money from my payslip that’s where I noticed that they have been debiting money. I tried to reach out to cancel and now I asked if I can get refund as this is seen as a *****ulent to me. Yesterday I call Capital Legacy and I was told that they have to investigate the matter first.

So I would like Hellopeter to help me solve this matter.
