Restoring faith to CS/CX - Thank you.

I am an old soul (no, I am not young {not old either, I think} - but boy, do I still enjoy the pleasure of proper and decent customer service). Duduzile Masemola at CP assisted me flawlessly. Answered the questions I needed answered and offered additional help if required. Not entirely sure what the TAT is so I thought it took a little long, however, I got what I needed. In this case, the detail superseded the time it took to receive the feedback.
