Refund and cancelations of the policy
Good morning. I'm Mmapitsi Monyela I've joined empower financial service under capital legency on the 06/06/2025, 6days after joining decided to cancel the policy. Two months later they decided to start deducting, I called them to say I've canceled the policy, then they refunded me, this month's they deducted while I've canceled the policy again
