What I appreciate most about dealing with Capital Legacy is their personalised communication. Whenever you receive a notification (even about a missed payment or failed debit order) the tone is warm, compassionate and understanding - unlike many other companies where you are made to feel like a ******** and given an urgent demand or final ultimatum! With Capital Legacy I feel like a valuable customer and the sense of shared exchange is evident. In a recent exchange with Capital Legacy, I had the pleasure of dealing with two Client Care agents - first Mpho Jeanet Magonono and then Likho Manciya. Both were warm and clear in their email communications with me, reassuring me that the matter under question was being effectively addressed. Likho Manciya was especially helpful in seeing the issue through to a good resolution and provided final reassurance through a detailed (and friendly but professional) telephonic call.
