Policy Cancellation is impossible here, they completely ignore you

I have been trying to cancel my policy with Capital Legacy for months now with no success. They don't answer calls, they don't respond to emails, it's just a nightmare. One of their consultants by the name of Sebastian Govender sent an email requesting for my ID for cancellations after I texted their bot, but did nothing to follow through with it. I'm stuck with a policy that I don't want or need while being ******ed money, ****************! They immediately respond when you reverse a debit order but no correspondence even when you send an email to cancel policy. Do not even think about doing business with them!
