Please help me
Good day I have a huge problem with CAPITAL LEGACY,I never joined or put my signature on any contract with them,but they are busy taking my money monthly.I went to their office to enquiry and cancelation.They paid me back R571.46 then I was happy to get my money back. On 2023/06/16 I checked my salary advice(payslip) BOOM again they did not cancel and they deducted R571.46 again.PLEASE HELP ME

I hope you are well.
As previously explained due to this not being a direct debit order, we request that the deductions are terminated via the back end which may delay the process in getting the deductions cancelled, we working tirelessly to resolve the matter.
As the policy was not signed up by a Capital Legacy Employee and we are following the necessary steps against the responsible party/entity to ensure they are not able to do this in future.
However, as previously promised we refunded the premiums deducted and we will load this deduction as well to be refunded.
