I've been with Capital Legacy for years. On 10 October 1 of their consultants came to see me to review my policy and will and sold 2 new policies to family members. They had a promotion on that if you refer someone that buys a policy you get R750 per policy as a commission. I had to send several emails to find out when I can expect the payment and got replies that they are evaluating and considering and investigating and all sorts of excuses. Eventually I got an email on 27 Nov that the payout was approved. Well, 7 January and still no payment. I will be cancelling these 3 policies by the end of this week if I don't receive my commission. If you can't pay R1500 how will you pay out the policies when they are due?
