Paying for unsigned wills

Will was drafted at our residence, the consultant came with his portable printer and we signed the wills there and then. We were advised to ignore the automated emails as we already signed all the documents. Upon requested to change the plan, we were advised that the wills are unsigned. It is disappointing to learn that it was a priority to ensure the debit orders were loaded but zero care if our wills were signed. I shudder to think what would have happened if I passed on in this period.
