Pathetic service at Capital Legacy.

My sister passed away 18 August 2025 and until today we have not received even the Letter of executorship/authority from Capital Legacy as the facilitators of the Will and estate. I submitted all the required documents in November 2025, and only this year in April were they processed. When I follow up, all Capital Legacy can say is "we have lodged the case, we are awaiting feedback from the Master's office"

Last week we travelled from Durban to Joburg to investigate the hold with the Master's office only to find that Capital Legacy has not submitted the proof of lodgment to the Master's office. One year later after my sister's passing and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!!! I have never experienced a more pathetic service!!! Until now we are still waiting for that proof of lodgment to be sent to the Master's office and no one is saying anything about this!!!

I won't even mention the frustration and distress that this has caused for my family and her dependents, the financial implication to her entire estate due to this hold up. We have emailed everyone at Capital Legacy, escalated to the Managers but there is still NO CLEAR WAY FORWARD! I am utterly disgusted by the service at Capital Legacy!
