Pathetic client service

For the past 2 weeks my husband and I have been trying to make some adjustments to our wills with Capital Legacy.

Firstly, it was impossible to reach the Pretoria office. No answer. Then I sent a mail, no response. After complaining on Facebook, a Tiffany responded and asked my number. She sent me the wills, I made the adjustments and sent it back. No response. I sent another mail this morning to ask whether she received my mail, still no response.

Please advise what else I should do to get some response on this matter
