over a year to wrap up my late moms estate.

I have been struggling for over a year to wrap up my dealings with Capital Legacy after an investment that was missed in my late moms estate.

Initially i was told it would take ninety days to reopen my moms estate account with SARS.

Since then i have had to follow up every few weeks to find out where they are in the process; they never come back to me, I have to escalate my issue to get any type of feedback.

Every month it is another excuse, paying SARS, Confirmation from the master at the supreme court, approval for the Liquidation and Distribution account and now it is 21 days to advertise for the obituary.

There really does not seem to be any sense of urgency to get this matter wrapped up. Not sure if they are accumulating the interest on the estate late account.
