One of the worst will companies ever. Never get their products
This has been the worst experience. I do not advise anyone to get a will with this company. I lost my brother months ago and they still telling me that they need to verify the death. I don’t know if they think I am lying. Big company like Old Mutual and other policies have been done and they verified the death. Capital Legacy is slow and old their way are frustrating. I don’t know why they telling me they need to confirm death even after I gave them the policy report and the I had to drive all the way to the police station that did the death certificate at my cost. I hate this company so much they do not think of the pain their causing to loved ones

How should I prove to them that my brother has passed on. They say they still investigating if he is really dead just imagine that nonsense and it’s been more than a month. I even had to go get the police offer who did the police report to sign documents because they saying I am lying 🤥 what the hell is that just imagine
