Less than no stars really. It's taking over a month to change my will. I sent a draft Clearly the agents dont read They use their own distressing putting in things like a joint venture clause then changing will completely not even adding what I want After numerous complaints and explicitly emailing them saying I can't take calls nothing is still done Even my nephew who is 9 can follow a simple instruction. M appalled at service delivery and implementation.if you can't read and follow instructions get out of line and allow others to do the job
