No response to emails, form, or calls. Just Bad services after you have signed the contract.

Just an overall bad experiance. I have tried everything to get a hold of them to make a change on my will. The process started in November and well is still currently open. When i phone no one picks and i just waist my money on listening to music. When I email, no one response. And when I log a call me form on the website, it takes them more the 43 days to respond.

So when the first person responded to my mail, a simple amendment became a cancellation. So now i am waiting again for the person to respond after another 10 days have passed.

I would not recommend them to anyone. Because if you where to need them do you really want to wait almost 2 months for feedback?
