No response to emails

Capital legacy, Do you ever respond to your emails? I sent an email on the 19th December 2021 to *** requesting information on my policy documents cos the last updated information was in 2018. I have not received a response to my email up until now. This is not the first time I have sent you and email and literally had to chase after you just to get a response. You are so unprofessional and very in-efficient.
