No Response from Capital legacy for over three months.

I am writing this out of sheer frustration after being systematically ignored by Capital Legacy since February 2026.

For several years, I have been billed for a "Legacy Protection Plan" intended to indemnify executor fees and protect my estate. However, in July 2024, their office admitted to me via email that they did not actually have a signed copy of my Will in their vault—meaning I was paying for a service they did not have the essential documentation to fulfil. When I requested a cancellation due to this clear administrative failure, their team tried to retain me by boasting about how quickly they wrap up estates compared to the industry average.

Given their current performance, that claim is laughable. I have attempted to reopen discussions with them since February 2026 regarding my account, admittedly i did not respond to them timorously when they brought the fact up of the Will not signed, thus me trying to get hold of capital legacy to resolve this. I have received zero response since Feb 2026

If Capital Legacy cannot manage a simple document vault or reply to basic client emails over a three-month period, how can anyone trust them to handle the complex, time-sensitive process of finalising a deceased estate?
