In April I requested a change of banking details for my debit order. Immediately I was sent through the form to sign and return with a bank confirmation letter.
In May, Capital Legacy tries to debit my old bank account which had insufficient funds due to me changing banks. I was hit with unpaid debit order fees leaving that account in a negative balance. My new account was still not debited. I immediately tried to call Capital legacy and my calls were not answered. I emailed, no response even sent through messages on social media and the response was that a consultant will make contact. It's 2 weeks and not a single soul reached out to me but this morning I get an email saying I need to respond "YES" and they will immediately debit my account. So nobody can do their jobs when I need assistance but when they need my money, then they suddenly email. I have always read negative reviews about Capital Legacy but brushed it off. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
