It has been months that debit order deductions have been going off from both my FNB and Nedbank account for 1 policy.
I have requested on 06 February that my bank details be changed from FNB to Nedbank. I have received communication from Capital Legacy staff that the changes have been effective immediately after I sent and signed the requested form. Ever since, I have had debit orders deducted from both the old FNB account as well as my Nedbank account.
I was further requested after multiple communication to share bank statements to prove, all of which I did. It is now 17 Sep 2025 and I have still not received a phone call or an adequate discussion from them. I have requested that they call me but this request is obviously too much to ask. The latest happening was that the FNB account is no longer being deducted, but my Nedbank account has the pleasure of multiple deductions!!! Nobody can explain why!
I am cancelling the policy because their core purpose is to provide sound administrative support with Wills and Testimonies, but they cannot address a simple administrative task of changing a bank account! I’ve had it with them! I don’t feel this important task is in good hands given my experience, which after 8 months haven’t been resolved. Disgusted with the service!
