Mistrust in resolving my late husband's estate

Alert. Capital Legacy were quick to send a representative to update our Wills and to procedure with a debit order for policy money. My husband passed away 16 months ago. A representative was quick to open up a case file. There were issues and complications from my side, but I'm no closer to resolving this estate or at least finding out as to why the process is taking so much longer on a very simplistic estate. Emails, telephone calls and WhatsApp are just ignored. By not only administrative clerks but also by management. There is a saying- the fish stinks from the head down. A 4th party, not even mentioned in the Will has been privvie to more information than me as the wife. If not contacted within this week, I will be escalating this query to the Ombudsman. This to me is NOT how a corporate company dealing with the passing of loved ones should be operating. STAY AWAY. Go to a private lawyer who will obtain and communicate the results more effectively.
