Missing Wills

I wonder what will happen if SARS or the Master of the Court would request original Will and Testaments of some of your clients. And what they would say if payments made by banks into an estate are missing tens of thousands of Rands. Also why would a family member take out a policy but the remaining family must pay for another policy for the estate to be seen to? Maybe it's your business model, maybe someone in the company is pocketing some extra cash who knows. But I do wish you will respond openly about the mistakes or oversights that was done. I do not have a policy with you but my friend who passed on last year had and his only living relative is still having no luck with your company. I had some investigations done and I do believe there was some theft that took place.
