Mediocre & pathetic customer service!

Worst customer support service of all times!!! Never getting through on their ***land line, no answer always message that all lines are busy. This can not be possible after trying 5 different times of the day on one day only, never mind the other days I have tried in vain to talk to somebody. The sales agent who initially sold the life policy to me does not respond to email and telephone calls!!! Pathetic and needless to say Capital Legacy, you will find the future debit orders all cancelled and please don't try to contact me as you will receive the same treatment you are providing to your customers. - no response.....!!!
